the hotel staff was friendly and kept the place clean.
we lost power after a couple of hours during the hurricane. the plumbing issues and hidden fees really left a bad taste.

we stayed at galleria palms, and everything exceeded expectations. the room and entire hotel were very clean and well-maintained. front desk staff were all helpful during check-in and let us borrow scissors and provided alcohol wipes. housekeeping staff was polite and did a great job touching up the room daily. pool was warm and clean. breakfast had plenty of options and different hot entrees daily. my 5 year old is already asking when we can come back!

the hotel was clean and super close to the parks - making it easy to get around. we found some great local spots nearby, and the complimentary breakfast was a real bonus. the staff was friendly and really made us feel at home.

Our stay at this hidden gem in Kissimmee was absolutely delightful! The friendly and helpful staff, especially Tessy, made us feel right at home. We loved being in touch with nature, as the hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens and offers a refreshing outdoor swimming pool. The location was perfect, with easy access to Disney parks, numerous dining options, and shopping centers just a stone's throw away. The clean and comfortable room exceeded our expectations, and we enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi and continental breakfast.
The noise during our stay. The thin walls made it difficult to sleep peacefully, with the fridge, air conditioning, and other guests being quite noisy.

My recent stay at Galleria Palms was lovely. The hotel was so clean and smelled fresh from the moment I walked in. The beds were comfy and the 24-hour lobby coffee was a nice touch. The hotel's location was super convenient for visiting the parks. One issue mentioned in the reviews was the slow elevator, but I found it to be a common Orlando thing. I'll recommend this hotel.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, convenient location, friendly staff, continental breakfast with various options.
Felt like a VIP, no complaints whatsoever.
